About Us

Here at Proper Defense, we have been firearm enthusiasts for decades. We have a passion for all things that go 'bang' and are eager to transfer our knowledge onto those seeking to enhance their abilities. With hundreds of hours of instruction under our belts, we believe the education you will receive is at the upper echelon of the industry. Our skills have been derived from military and law enforcement experience, combined with countless hours of both individual and group training. We believe no one is truly an expert (including us!) and encourage everyone to continue learning. While we feel as if our training is some of the best available, we understand that our methods are simply one of many. What works best for some people, may not be the answer for others. With that being said, we look forward to growing with you and teaching you our tactics for proper defense.
